Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product does not match the original specifications or differs from what you ordered.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To raise a return or exchange request, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by either:

You will be required to share photographic evidence of the issue for the claim to be processed. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Important Notes

  • Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fair handling.

  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of cost, both locally and internationally.

Return & Exchange Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:

  • The request is made after 7 days of order receipt.

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

  • The product has been tampered with in any way.

  • The original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories are missing.
